Summer 2004 Specialty

	This year we had mud! Although the weather was great the day of for the Chicagoland Samoyed Club Summer Specialty Show held at the fairgrounds in Grayslake, Illinois on June 12, 2004, several preceding days of rain had left the fairgrounds itself very muddy indeed. The slippery surface provided a challenge for competitors, handlers, and spectators alike.
		This is our twenty-first annual summer specialty show. Our entry this year represented the best Samoyeds from Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Ontario, Canada. A four point major was awarded in dogs and a five point major was awarded in bitches.
