Summer 2002 Specialty

	It really could not have been a more beautiful day for the Chicagoland Samoyed Club Summer Specialty Show held at the fairgrounds in Grayslake, Illinois on June 15, 2002. The skies were blue, the temperature was in the low 70's with a moderate breeze--great for the dogs.
		We were very pleased with the entry this year. 63 gorgeous Samoyeds participated representing the best from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Ontario, Canada. Five point majors were awarded both in dogs and bitches.
	Breeder-owner-handlers were in the ribbons with Best in Sweepstakes, Best of Opposite Sex in Sweepstakes, Winners Dog, Winners Bitch, and Best in Specialty Show all going to breeder-owner-handlers.
